LOW-FUSING Nova™ Ceramic Spray Glaze

Enamelite™ Introduces AEROpaque™ Spray Opaque
Enamelite™ through it’s patent pending packaging technology developed AEROpaque, a ceramic spray opaque can system which permits a dental technician to rapidly coat single units or multiple unit bridgework.  AEROpaque will consistently deliver completed opaque layers of 1/10 of a millimeter. AEROpaque incorporates nano particle size technology to create an extremely dense yet thin opaque layer which completely covers metal substructures with a superior bond.  AEROpaque dramatically reduces the in-process time normally used for paste, paint-on powder/liquid and airbrush opaque application techniques. Training curve for AEROpaque is extremely brief, usually less than 1 hour.  Introduction Kit includes (4 cans), Base, A1, A2 and A3.  Full Vita® shade kits available as well as single shades.

Enamelite™ Introduces 90° Hemostat
Enamelite ™ has developed a user-friendly hemostat for dental technicians.  The  5.25 CDT hemostat possesses a 90° bend at the end aiding in the placing and removing restorations from pegs on firing trays.  The  5.25 CDT also protects restorations from table tops/works areas and contamination, while also providing additional gripping and holding power while handling hot trays.  Great tool for checking shades as well.

Did you know work in a sitting  position can affect your health?

When the employee can alternate sitting with other body positions, sitting at work is not a risk for  injury or discomfort. Sitting requires the muscles to hold the trunk, neck and shoulders in a fixed  position. A fixed working position squeezes the blood vessels in the muscles reducing the blood  supply to the working muscles just when they need it the most. An insufficient blood supply accelerates fatigue and makes the muscles prone to injury. Sedentary employees may also face a gradual deterioration in health (if they do not exercise or do not lead a physically active life).  Prolonged sitting drops the employee's physical activity to the lower limit needed for healthy-body functioning. The most common health problems that employees suffer are disorders in blood circulation and injuries affecting their ability to move.

How does the work in a sitting position affect blood circulation?
There is less demand on the circulatory system due to the limited mobility while sitting. As a result the heart activity and the blood flow slow down. Maintaining a steady upright body position while   sitting further decreases blood circulation. An insufficient blood flow,     specifically blood that is returning to the heart from the lower legs, causes blood to pool. Pressure on the underside of the thighs from a seat that is too high can further aggravate this. The result can be swollen or numb legs and eventually varicose veins. Also, a reduced blood supply to the muscles accelerates fatigue. This is why an employee who sits all day long doing little physical work often feels tired at the end of a work shift.  Therefore, using a BodyEase chair will not only help reduce your employees fatigue and facilitate them to be more productive throughout the day.

Arts & Crafts Pottery Glaze
Enamelite is presently perfecting an aerosol pottery glaze for clay ceramists. Introduction is slated for the fourth quarter of 2004. Many of the same advantages that exist in the dental glaze (mentioned above) are duplicated in the pottery glaze:

Law Enforcement
Enamelite is presently field testing an aerosol finger print powder delivery system with experienced and qualified law enforcement officials. Initial field test results indicate a dramatic time savings with no anticipated short comings in the identification of prints either at a crime scene or in laboratory settings. Introduction is scheduled for the first quarter of 2003.

Contract Packaging
Enamelite offers contract packing services of ceramics, glass frit and powders in aerosol containers. Our patent-pending technology will allow a wide variety of materials to be processed and packaged through our carefully-managed process in aerosol containers.
